We set tasks to help you get the most out of your individual time with your therapist so you can: notice patterns in your own thinking, feeling or behaviour; understand why and how certain approaches work and practice therapy tools and techniques and report back.
These workbooks should only be used with support from a professional therapist and not used on their own.
