From Monday 23 December until Friday 3 January our phone lines will closing at the earlier time of 5pm instead of 8pm on the days we are open.
Please see below for our full opening and closing times. We will be closed on weekends and bank holidays as we are all year around.
Normal weekly opening hours of 8am-8pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8am-5pm on Fridays will resume from Monday 6 January 2025.
Getting support when services are closed
If you're struggling with your mental health over the Christmas bank holidays, some GP practices are open and it may be possible to book an emergency appointment. If your GP practice is unavailable, you can also access NHS 111 online or call 111 and choose option 2 (the mental health option) for urgent help. http://111.nhs.uk
