International Men’s Day is about celebrating the positive value that men of all ages bring to families, workplaces, and communities.
It’s also an opportunity to raise awareness about Male wellbeing, whether it’s social, emotional, or mental and physical health.
There are three broad themes for this year’s events:
- Making a positive difference to the wellbeing and lives of men and boys
- Promoting a positive conversation about men, manhood, and masculinity
- Raising awareness and/or funds for charities supporting men and boys’ wellbeing
You can find out more about the day, and about local and national events, on the Men's Day UK website.
