 When you arrive for an in-person appointment with us we will ask you whether you are currently experiencing symptoms of Covid-19.

You will either be asked to fill out a form in a safe area, or a member of staff will ask you the questions directly at the start of the appointment.

When you arrive

Please follow the guidance posters in the reception and waiting room areas.

Remember to regularly wash your hands and use the hand sanitiser and gels provided.

You do not need to wear a face mask unless you have respiratory symptoms.

Inform reception or the department you’re visiting if you have any respiratory symptoms, such as:

  • Chest or nasal congestion
  • Sore throat
  • High temperature
  • Wet or dry cough
  • Shortness of breath
  • Runny nose
  • Fatigue
  • Body aches
  • Diarrhoea
  • Feeling or being sick
  • Sudden onset of Rashes
